Tai Chi Shadowboxing

Shadowboxing is a traditional exercise in China. It's also called Tai Chi and has been high praised in improving body health. In China, many people do the exercise every day. 
 
Mr. Song Rongsheng, master of Tai Chi, was born in Nov. 8, 1945. He is one of the top-class coaches teaching Chinese traditional shadowboxing and Tai Chi hand slap.He is also a member of Zhejiang Martial Art Association and an expert of Zhejiang Medical Experts Group of bone fracture with Martial Art.
