Overall the trip went very well. Your planning with two exceptions was excellent. Your
guides were very knowledgeable, responsible, prompt and very accommodating to our needs. The driver and guide, Aron in Luoyang were fantastic when I had to go to the hospital due to my swollen legs.

I also appreciated that the guides helped us with our luggage and assisted us at the reservation desks in the airports. If I had known that this would happen I would not have asked you to write all of those notes
on our tickets several days before our departure. Anyway, I also thought you were very accommodating
in our planning when I kept wanting to add extra excursions.

One exception was in Yan Ji when we stayed in the "hotel from Hell." I realize that not that many tourists travel to Yan Ji, but I felt you could have done better research on the hotels. The hotel was undergoing construction:
there was no air circulation in our room and no screens on the windows. The refrigerator did not work and they replaced it with another broken refrigerator. There was no hot water in the bathroom and the door was visibly rotting. They had no hair dryer or iron. We left the hotel after two days and my son and the bride had to take our luggage and find us a new hotel the night before the wedding. Our son and daughter paid for the new hotel room.

Yes you may give my email address to U.S. customers. I won't go into extensive detail about the Yan Ji hotel since I know not many tourists will go there.

Hi，dear Jane,
Our trip was very well organized and the logistics are worked out seamlessly. There was always someone there to pick us up and drop us off at every site/airport/train station. In addition, our guides accompanied us to all of the sites we visited and provided great insight in very understandable English.

The most enjoyable part of the trip was our time in Hong Kong - such an amazing city. The most memorable was probably walking on the Great Wall outside of Beijing - very impressive.

The only thing I would change would be to make it longer. Also, there was one point when we were walking through a museum and our guide was following us a little too closely - commenting a bit too much when we were just trying to browse around casually. Other than that though, the guides were great.

Thank you for the tour you've made, our family really enjoyed it. Our tour guide was very accommodating she's the one that we're looking for. She was very tired after our tour but she never complains and always smiles. I will surely recommend your agency to my friends here. Eva was very patient with us especially with the schedule she made it flexible for us. I also told her that the reason why I requested for a very patient guide because our group is always late.
