China Top 13 Cities/ provinces free from Smog and Fogs in 2013

As newspapers declare: “The winter of 2013 was a nightmare for E C China’s main cities, which were constantly harassed and paralyzed by smog and fog, for the first time in history.” One newspaper states: “In Harbin, the PM2.5 reaches 1,000, 40 times the WHO’s recommended daily exposure level.” Actually, it is not that terrible. China is not a hell hole perpetually enveloped by smog and fogs.

Smog and fog usually occur in winter. They will disappear soon with the coming of Spring Festival in 2014. (Do not forget that London was once notoriously for their smogs also. )
