Hong Kong to promote its Shanghai Expo showcase

The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region will host a two-week exhibition in Shanghai from Wednesday to promote its pavilion and its Urban Best Practices Area (UBPA) case "Smart Card, Smart City, Smart Life."
The exhibition at the Expo Exhibition Center in downtown Shanghai will give visitors first-hand information about the Hong Kong Pavilion, which will explore the theme "Hong Kong - the Infinite City."
The showcase will feature huge mirrors, representing the openness, transparency and infinite potentials of Hong Kong.
The Hong Kong Pavilion will focus on its urban transport network, advanced scientific facilities, financial and trade systems, multinational culture and sustainable high-quality urban life.
Hong Kong's exhibition in UBPA will introduce its widely-used smartcard to show how its people use innovative ways and technology to improve efficiency in the city and promote communication within the city and other parts of the world.
