Disney may build Shanghai park in Nov.

"The negotiation of the Disney project is now in the final stretch," said an insider.

China Business News contacted the Walt Disney Company, but a representative of the Disney Company said a comment could not be given about new developments.

Construction of allocated houses is under way and should help to sustain housing prices around the Disneyland project.

The resettlement housing is located in Chuansha, Shanghai's Pudong New Area. Construction of Project A1, the new relocated residential community, started in late June. It has a land area of 324,000 square meters and a construction area of 660,000 square meters.
