zetang-town
191 kilometers away from Lhasa and 87 kilometers far from Gonggar Airport, Zetang Town is located on the east side of the on the eastern side of the converging spot of the Yarlung and Yarlung Zangbo rivers. It is under the administration of Naidong County, and currently it is the location of administrative center of Shannan region. The altitude of Zetang Town is 3560 meters. The town covers 3 square kilometers, hosting 17,000 people. As the pivot of communication in southern Tibet, Zetang Town has complete facilities in commerce, food, finance, transportation, telecommunications, TV and radio, culture, education and sanitation.
