Cultural Celebrity--Yan Shu

Yan Shu（991-1055），courtesy name is Tongshu, was a famous ci Writer in the early period of Song Dynasty. He participated into the royal national exam in the name of wonder child at the age of fourteen years old, and was awarded officially to be the Jinshi. Yan Shu acted as the important official at that time; many famous officials were all he elevated from the commoners such as Fan Zhongyan, Han Qi and Ouyang Xiu and so on. He was the authority in literature community for his poem, especially his Xiao Ling. There were many famous masterpieces left. Among them, many words became the famous and popular words for thousand years.
