Lvrou Huangmian(Yellow Noodle with Donkey Meat). Such a noodle is locally famous and the best restaurants are Restaurant of Shunzhang Lvrouhuangmian as well as Restaurant of Daji Lvrouhuangmianguan.

Dunhuang Saozimian(A kind of noodle as well). Dunhuang Saozimian is a traditional hand-made wheat flour noodle. Mix the water with flour evenly, and then roll flour ball to be flat and thin, and then cut it into the long slices and cook it. After boiled, add soup. It is ok! It is delicious and widely welcomed by local people, so it is also one course of feast to show the warmth to guests in local tradition.

Dunhuang Yellow Noodle. This king of noodle is also made of wheat flour. Similar to the cooking method of Saozimian, but it is also a little bit different. It is tasteful and different from other kinds of noodle. 　

Jiangshumian(also a kind of noodle). Putting the celery and cabbage as well as lotus-flower vegetable into the noodle soup for ferment in three days (generally kept in the jars). And then jiangshui (a kind of drinkable water) can be available. It is helpful for eliminating heat and appetite. After the handmade noodles are boiled, people usually leach the noodle with cold boiled water, and then add the Jiangshui together with shallot pieces and other seasonings. It is ok! Such a noodle is helpful for treating hypertension and tummy bug disease.

Dunhuang Wine. Made in traditional techniques and high-quality raw materials such as wheat and jowar as well as the spring water, it is one of the local famous products. A series of wine named Dunhuang is widely welcomed in China. It won a lot of international rewards.

Additionally Dunhuang Liangpizi, Paoer Yougao(Oiled Cake with Water) and Yangrou Fentang(Mutton Powder Soup) are also famous and welcomed.
