The beautiful Silvermine Beach (Mui Wo) located just south of the Discovery Bay,
Lantau Island, is another, though not as big as the Repulse Bay on Hong Kong Island, romantic beach in Hong Kong with an excellent hotel aside. The beach has a very good vista of the whole Silvermine Bay that you can command. Different feelings and moods may be aroused during different seasons and weather. The best time to visit the beach may be the less crowded season, breathe as the mild sea breeze blows and look at the clear blue sky, and take your beloved ones here, is a moving and romantic experience.
The Silvermine Beach is quite near to the Mui Wo Ferry Pier, it only takes about ten minutes walk.
