Yanqi Lake

Yanqi Lake is located 8 kilometers away from the north of Huairou District. It is the largest and multi-functional water recreation ground. Yanqi Lake has a tranquil and beautiful environment with endless landscapes. Different seasons have different attractions that highlight this place to be a sparkling point.

Yanqi Lake are surrounded by mountains on three of its sides. To the north of the lake, the Great Wall is showing off its magnificance all the time, and the Hongluo Temple, to the west, makes the place more mysterious. The plains, to the south, are stretching to the horizon. To the east, Yuanbao Mountain and Golden-light Mountains stand there.
