Hangzhou-Bay Bridge, the longest cross-sea bridge all round the world, was opened on May 1st, 2008. Its opening will greatly shorten the distance from Ningbo to Shanghai. The time-consumption will reduce to two and a half hour soon. It will be more convenient than going by trains and cars, besides the bus system has also been formed as its opening.

From the opening day, the buses will be regularized from Shanghai south station of long-distance bus to Ningbo. The total amount of regular buses is up to 60 each day. The time-span will be shortened to 10 minutes or 15 minutes, and the off-duty time of the last bus will be carried forward 21:30 per day. sightseeing is truly unique and impressive when you go across the bridge. the landscape of man-made bridge and the magnificence of the sea will give you the great shock in eyes and mind.
