Huizhou Food---Shendubaofu

Shendubaofu(深渡包袱)is a famous snack in Huizhou. Shendu was an ancient ferry in Shexian county of Huizhou，and a lot of businessmen from Zhejiang entered Huizhou used to go by this ferry. During Ming and Qing Dynasties, Businessmen used to take a backpack to do business between Huizhou and Zhejiang. They were always taking the backpack when they left house. And then the hotel holders considered these characters and created a snack made of the Wonton skin and stuffing, which in shape looks like the backpack. This snack preserves the original cooking techniques, and it tastes fresh, unusual and widely welcomed by businessmen.
