Huizhou Food---Huimosu

Huimosu generally is made by the size of Huizhou ink square with 6 centimeters long, 4 centimeters wide and 1 centimeter thick. It is a rectangle one. The body of Huimosu is oily black from inside to outside, and the flavor of its taste is also excellent. Generally, it is usually taken as the choice of breakfast, or people take it as the snack for tea drinking, or people take it as the present for friends, or people take it to be the health-care food. It is the famous snack or dim sum in Huizhou. People in past preferred to take it as the food to relieve the hunger. Due to the geography of Huizhou, more people lived with fewer farmlands; so many people had no other choices but to engage in the business. In the past businessmen in China were despised too much. They usually walked a long way for wholesaling the goods, so they used to carry such a food for hunger relief.
