Today visit the Mutianyu section of Great Wall, enjoy plenty of time to walk along its ramparts and absorb the breathtaking views. Then continue to the Changling, one of the 13 Ming Tombs where 13 Ming emperors and their consorts were buried.

Day 6 - Jiayuguan -> Lanzhou   (B, L, D)

Today Built in the Ming Dynasty, the Jiayuguan Pass is one of the best-preserved passes in China as well as the largest pass on the ancient Great Wall. In the afternoon take your time in Wei-jin Art Gallery.Known as the largest subterranean art gallery in the world, Wei-jin Art Gallery houses a great deal of colorful murals which attract tourists both home and abroad since it was excavated in 1972. The murals inside show us an insight into the ancient Chinese feudal society.

Then you will transfered to Jiayuguan railway station and take an overnight train to Lanzhou.

After breakfast pay a visit to Binglingsi Grottoes which are a series of grottoes with Buddhist sculpture carved inside. After lunch visit Yellow River Scenic Zone.

Day 8 - Lanzhou -> Tianshui -> Xian   (B, L, D)

After enjoying your breakfast enjoy your amazing trip in Maijishan Grottoes.The Maijishan Grottoes have acquired special recognition for their exquisite clay statues and the superb sculptural skills employed in making them. They have been classified as an "Oriental Sculpture Museum." After lunch you will be transferred to Tianshui. Then you will transfered to Tianshui railway station and take an overnight train to Xian.

This morning full day guided tour and today's highlights include:  terra-cotta warriors and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The life-sized terra-cotta warriors had been buried with the Qin emperor Shihuang for over 2200 years. It was one of the most important archaeological discoveries of the 20th century. Big Wild Goose Pagoda, built in AD652, was the place to house and protect Buddhist scriptures brought back from India by a famous monk Xuanzang.
In the evening, you will enjoy Tang Dynasty Singing and Dancing performance.

Day 10 - Xian   (B, L, D)

After breakfast pay a visit to Shaanxi History Museum, which is one of the first huge state museums with modern facilities in China with over 300,000 items. In the afternoon go to the Qianling Tomb, which is Built in 684 AD, the mausoleum is the graveyard for Emperor Tang Gaozong  and Empress Wu Zetian, the only female Empress in Chinese history.

This morning your tour in Lhasa starts from Potala Palace, the symbol of Lhasa and the regional capital of Tibet. Then go to Jokhang Monastery, the first Buddhist temple and for most Tibetans the most sacred and important temple in Tibet. Of course, you should not miss Barkhor Street nearby, the biggest bazaar for the Tibetans.

This morning pay a visit to Drepung Monastery (Vault of the Crops in Tibetan). It is famous for the debates on Buddhist doctrines frequently held,which is also known as the Tibetan Library. In the afternoon travel to Sera Monastery. It is known as one of the three greatest monasteries of Tibet and the representative temple for Gelugza. There are lots of Buddhist sutras, Buddhist instruments, Cassocks, gold and silver articles inside this temple.

Day 14 - Lhasa   (B, L, D)

Norbulingka

Visits : Norbulingka

After enjoying your breakfast pay a visit to Norbulingka. It is a summer resort for different generations of Dalai Lamas, where they could take care of local affairs. After lunch visit the Sakya monastery which is reputed as "the second Dunhuang" has a history of 900 years and owns a large collection of valueable art pieces.

Day 15 - Lhasa -> Chengdu -> Guilin   (B, L, D)

Today you will be transferred to the airport for the flight to Chengdu.

After having lunch you will be transferred to the airport and take flight to Guilin.
