Visits : Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Beijing Summer Palace

Today you will visit Tiananmen Square, the biggest city square in the world. Covering 440,000 square meters, it has witnessed many important historic events taking place here. Then pay a visit to the Forbidden City, one of the five most famous palaces in the world where 24 emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties lived and ruled for over 500 years. After having lunch visit the Summer Palace, which used to be a summer resort of Empress Dowager Cixi. It is mainly dominated by Longevity Hill (60 meters high) and the Kunming Lake. It covers an expanse of 2.9 square kilometers, three quarters of which is water.

Today we drive towards northwest to visit the Badaling section of the Great Wall. Badaling is the site of the most visited section of the Great Wall of China, approximately 50 miles (80 km) northwest of urban Beijing city in Yanqing County, which is within the Beijing municipality. The portion of the wall running through the site was built during the Ming Dynasty, along with a military outpost reflecting the location's strategic importance. The highest point of Badaling is Beibalou, approximately 0.63 miles (1,015 m) above sea level. After lunch go to Olympic Green to appreciate the Birds nest, which is the main stadium of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games and Water Cube that is the largest membrane-structure project in the world today.

Visits : Temple of Heaven

Today you will visit the Temple of Heaven where emperors conducted religious rituals and prayed for good harvest in Qing and Ming dynasties. It is one of the most important landmarks of Beijing. After having lunch you will be transferred to the airport and take flight to Xian.


Day 5 - Xian   (B, L)

Visits : Terra-Cotta Warriors, The Big Wild Goose Pagoda

After enjoying your breakfast visit the world famous Terra Cotta Warriors. It was discovered in 1974 and considered one of the eight wonders in the world. In the afternoon visit Wild Big Goose Pagoda.


Day 6 - Xian -> Guilin   (B, L)

After breakfast pay a visit to Shaanxi History Museum, which is one of the first huge state museums with modern facilities in China with over 300,000 items. After having lunch pay a visit to the Great Mosque which stands on the Muslim Street, a famous food street in Xian. you will be transferred to the airport and take flight to Guilin.


Day 7 - Guilin -> Yangshuo -> Guilin   (B, L)

After enjoying your breakfast stop at Yangshuo, a small town set in the lush rice paddies and surrounded by meandering rivers and limestone peaks. After lunch take a cycling tour around Yangshuo to see the rural scenery. you will be transferred to Guilin by private car.


Day 8 - Guilin   (B, L)

This morning have a day excursion to Longsheng. The town, 100km north of Guilin, is famous for the natural wonder of terraced rice fields and unique ethnic folklore culture. The most beautiful seasons in Longsheng, to enjoy and take pictures at the amazing view of terraced fields is between late March and early June, when the fields are filled with water before rice transplanting in Spring. So this day excursion is only available during this period unless otherwise required.

Day 9 - Guilin -> Hangzhou   (B, L, D)

After breakfast pay a visit to Reed Flute Cave. Reed Flute Cave is known as a Palace of Natural Art. It is full of stalactites and stalagmites in various shapes and sizes, which, with a multicolored lighting system, resemble a Chinese-version story of Journey to the Center of the Earth. The cave was also a frequent refuge for the local people escaping bandits and war in the past. In the afternoon you will be transferred to the airport and take flight to Hangzhou.

Visits : Lingyin Temple, Six Harmony Pagoda

This morning enjoy the picturesque sceneries while having the boat cruise on the West Lake. In the afternoon you will be picked up at 08:30am from your hotel. Today your first step is Lingyin Temple, called as either "Temple of the Soul's Retreat' or 'Temple of Inspired Seclusion' for the setting has a quiet and beautiful grandeur that encourages a feeling of peace and for contemplation. After that you will hike to the mini-mountain Peak Flying from Afar, which is covered with odd-shaped rocks and historic trees and you will discover many quaint photogenic scenes, such as large Buddhist rock carvings etc. The next stop is to take a gander at Mei Jia Wu Tea Village, for a traditional tea ceremony. Here you will see how West Lake Longjing tea is made and its influence in the Chinese culture. In the afternoon, you are going to Flower Pond to view beautiful fish and feed the fish to pray for the good luck and have the chance to walk along on the very popular attraction of Su Causeway. Then, continue to take a public tourist car around North of West Lake. It is one of the best ways to touch the lake scape closely by tourist car with relaxation. Finally, your private driver will pick you up to Six Harmonies Pagoda. It erected by Qiantang River at south of West Lake, is a perfect symbol of brick-and-wood structure built in ancient China.

Day 11 - Hangzhou -> Suzhou   (B, L)

This morning This morning take a train to Suzhou. After lunch visit Masters of Nets Garden, Lingering Garden, a walk along the Grand Canal and a visit to the No.1 Silk Spinning Factory.




Day 12 - Suzhou -> Shanghai   (B, L)

Visits : The Bund, Yuyuan Garden

After breakfast This morning take a train to Shanghai. In the afternoon visit Yuyuan Garden. Enjoy tasty Shanghai food for lunch. In the afternoon, continue to People Square, the center of Shanghai. Visit Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Hall. At last the Bund - the most famous attraction in Shanghai and one of the important landmarks. The view of the old masterpieces and new wonders across the river will be a sore-eye sight for you.
