This morning, be picked up at 8:00 am from your hotel. This tour begins with a visit to Jade Buddha Temple located in the northwest part of Shanghai. Next stop is Shanghai Museum which is considerred one of the best museums of its kind in China. During the visit you may rent an audio phone (about USD6) for more detailed information.
After lunch move on to Yuyuan Garden and the Shanghai Old Street. The garden, built 450 years ago is considered by experts to be an exquisite sample of typical southern garden. Then the tour stops at Shanghai's number one landmark - the Bund. Driving along the former French Concession district, comes the last stop of today's tour Xintiandi. The well preserved old brick buildings have now been transformed into the trendiest place in Shanghai.
During the tour, you will also visit a silk mill and a fresh water pearl gallery.
