Day 1 - Shanghai   (L, D)

A top tourist attraction in Shanghai

This morning, our guide will transfer you to Expo site and arrive there at around 8:30 am.

Then wait in a queue to get into Expo site at 9:00 am. After making a reservation for visiting China Pavilion on a reservation machine, you can start you visit of expo site.

You can walk along the Expo Boulevard to the end and then visit the Expo Center where you will see grand opening ceremonies for national pavilions of all the participating countries every day from 9:00 to 9:30. Then continue your tour to visit the Theme Pavilion where the design of this building is inspired by the paper folding technique, making it one of the landmarks at the Expo.

During the period of Expo, a wide range of events and ceremonies will be held in the building's three squares.

You can go on to visit the Pakistan Pavilion which shows various aspects of the best of Pakistan's cities, merged into one showcase of culture, tradition, modernity and history.

Visitors will be able to experience the life of a typical Pakistani citizen through detailed visual and multimedia presentations.

Today your lunch will be served at Yuesheng Restaurant.

Located in Zone A, Yuesheng restaurant is famous for its Cantonese cuisine. The special in Yuesheng are Grandma
red-cooked (pork) meat and fragrant steamed chicken rolls.You can try these delicious foods for your lunch.

After lunch take the free shuttle bus to Zone A and you can spend whole afternoon to visit China Pavilion which is definitely the most popular one of all pavilions.

Take the lift up to the level of 49th meter, from where you will be stepping on a glass floor and seeing a movie which is directed by a famous China director. Interestingly, you will see a motion picture of Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival (a famous ancient Chinese painting) which is 100 meters long and people painted on the picture will be moving.

The Hong Kong Pavilion exhibition will focus on the special administrative region's transport network, advanced scientific facilities, financial and trade systems, multinational culture and sustainable high-quality urban life.

While the Taiwan Pavilion will showcase the island's scenery, people and culture, and visitors will be invited to fly lanterns for good luck - a traditional island custom.

In the Macau Pavilion, you will learn about the culture and traditions of Macau via a movie while moving forward on a moving walkway. you can move on to visit the Japan Pavilion. Japan Pavilion will present 'Journey through Time' operas and cutting-edge technologies to visitors as its highlights.

The South Korea Pavilion will showcase blueprints of future cities along with the country's most advanced technology and traditional culture.

After that, you may interest in the Israel Pavilion which highlights innovation and ancient Jewish culture.

And the Saudi Arabia Pavilion which is the most expensive expo pavilion. Here you will experience one of the highlights of the Expo:one of the largest largest 360 degree IMAX Theater with high-tech visual effects. A video named Flight over the Treasures of Saudi Arabia will be played there to display the prosperity and development of Saudi Arabia.


Day 2 - Shanghai   (B, L, D)

Today you will start you expo tour from Zone C where the national pavilions of European countries and American Countries, etc. are located.

After making your reservations for USA, Britain, France and Switzerland Pavilions, you will start your Expo tour today to visit Australia Pavilion whose appearance is inspired by the world-famous Ayer's Rock. Divided into 3 distinct but inter-related sections labeled "Journey", "Discover" and "Enjoy", the pavilion will incorporate almost every aspect of Australian life.

After seeing Australia Pavilion, you can pay a visit to New Zealand Pavilion. You will be fascinated by the beautiful sight at the New Zealand Pavilion. The special effects inside the pavilion will be created by the special effects team who once worked on the famous movie the Lord of the Rings.

The Norway Pavilion will offer a fun journey through coastline, forests, mountains, fjords and the Arctic region while The Iceland Pavilion will focus on the relationship between Icelandic people and nature, introducing how the country has learned to use clean, renewable energy in daily life.

For lunch, we will go to Zgongfu Restaurant.Zgongfu is the largest Chinese fast food company in China. All the food here is made by steamed so as to keep the nutrition in food. You can take some Chinese food and snacks here. Rice with spicy chop and garli is recommended.
After lunch you cannot miss Belgium Pavilion, Demark Pavilion and Russia Pavilion.

In Belgium Pavilion you will be able to taste chocolates for free and take part in a knowledge competition about Europe. A top-level diamond exhibition will be held there, too. The Russia Pavilion looks like a fairy world with 12 irregularly shaped towers in white, red and gold.

The Denmark Pavilion features the "Little Mermaid" statue from Copenhagen. It is the first time for the statue, a Danish national icon and major tourist attraction, to leave her hometown.

Go on to visit one of the most popular pavilions--the USA Pavilion which has man-made waterfalls and 4D multi-media theaters. The movie A Visual Parable without Dialogue includes plenty of computer-generated imagery and 4-D effects, like vibrating seats, mist and lightning.
Enjoy your dinner at Canglang Ting.

Canglang Ting is famous for its Suzhou style noodle and cake. The three shrimps noodle is recommended. You can also take some normal Chinese food here.

you will visit UK Pavilion which is small but beautiful, with a dazzling cube formed by more than 60,000 slim and transparent acrylic rods, which contain seeds of different plants that were collected in a bio-diversity project.

After that , you can visit The Austria Pavilion. It will take visitors on a pleasant journey through spectacular snow-capped mountains, fragrant forests, green grassland, flowing rivers and urban landscapes, via UK Pavilion interactive multimedia.

Finish the day with the South Africa Pavilion. Its interior is decorated with textures in various colors, which signifies the diversity of South African culture and its confidence for creating a better life for people.


Day 3 - Shanghai   (B, L, D)

After breakfast we will visit Zone D and E in Puxi where there are less people.

You will have a gander at Jiangnan Shipping Pavilion which is rebuilt from old workshops. You are able to have a quick glimpse of the long shipping history of China and the replicated models of Zheng He's ships. (Zheng He, a great navigator in ancient China during the years from 1371 to 1433. He made the voyages to Southeast Asia, South Asia and East Africa.)

Then walk towards the Nanpu Bridge and visit the Private Enterprises Joint Pavilion, where there will be lots of famous enterprise taking part in the exhibitions, including Alibaba.com and Red Star Mescaline.

Move on to visit Corporate Pavilion of Vanke and Urban Best Practices Area.

Have dinner in Jijixiaozhen Restaurant.

If you are boring queue in line when you would like to have lunch, you are in the right place. Jijixiaozhen will provide you food within three minutes after your order. Rice with golden chicken and black pepper,Rice with Stewed Chicken with Three Cups Sauce are recommended in Jijixiaozhen.

After having lunch you can visit Future Pavilion where visitors can see what problems we are facing in city life, as well as how our city life will be in the future.

Next one you can visit the Aurora Pavilion. The Aurora Pavilion introduces and explains the 8,000-year-old Chinese jade culture to visitors in a vivid, creative, and interesting 20-minute-long show.

In the Railway Pavilion, it showcases scientific and technological innovation in China's railway system and emphasizes how railways link cities and have made a positive impact on the development of human civilization.

When you visit Shanghai Corporate Joint Pavilion, Robot performance and robot restaurants are the highlights, and will definitely give you a deep impression.


Enjoy your dinner at Hefengcun.

Hefengcun is a Japanese fast food restaurant. The desks and chairs are colorful. Relax yourself here and take the Sukiyaki wudong noodle or other Japanese food for your dinner.
you can continue to visit Coco Cola Pavilion which is decorated in red, the color of Coca-Cola branding.

Next to Coco Cola Pavilion is the Space Pavilion which will show how aerospace and electronic technologies promote urban development and improve human life to the fullest extent.

After visiting the World Expo Museum and Urban Footprints Pavilion which illustrates the footprints, wisdom and achievements of human civilization, you can transfer to Zone E to visit Jiangnan Shipping Pavilion which is rebuilt from old workshops.
