Day 1 - Shanghai -> Nantong (L)

Visits : Nantong Museum, Haohe River Cruise in Nantong

This morning, you will be driven to Nantong.

go across Sutong bridge, which is a cable-stayed bridge with the longest main span of 1,088 metres in the world that spans the Yangtze River between Nantong and Changshu, Jiangsu province. Then stop at Nantong Museum to know the city's history, which is China's first museum. When you're in Nantong Museum, you'll get a feeling that it is more like a beautiful garden than a museum. After having lunch you will walk along [Hao Rive]r. The river used to be the moat more than 1,000 years ago. There you can enjoy the cruising on the river to view the beautiful scenery of the coast. Especially, at night, all imbued with a romantic atmosphere, in which people lost. There are many cultural and natural sights around, such as Wenfeng pagoda, Tianning temple, North Pole pavilion and Five park, etc. You could take a visit one by one.

Day 2 - Nantong -> Shanghai (B, L)

Visits : Wolf Mountain (Lang Mountain)

After breakfast you will go to Wolf Hill. It is an important historical site in Nantong. There are many small tourist sites on it such as Tomb of Luo Binwang, a talented poet in Tang Dynasty who died early, Faruo Hall, Guangjiao Temple, Big Palace, and Beili Garden, etc. After having lunch pay a visit to Nantong Textile City. There are varieties of cloth on sale. It is really a good opportunity to buy what you need there. Then you will take a bus ride to Shanghai. Upon your arrival, be dropped off at your hotel.
