Day 1 Shanghai – Wuhan by FM9363 (13:45-15:20)
Our English speaking representative will pick you up and transfer you to Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, take flight FM9363 (13:45 - 15:20) to Wuhan.
Pick up time and place:
10:45 Oriental Riverside Hotel ( 2727 Binjiang Avenue Pudong. Tel: 21-50370000. If you would like to get the hotel by subway, you can take Line 2 to the nearest station Lujiazui and the hotel is within 5 minutes' walking distance)
11:15 Portman Ritz-Carlton (1376 West Nanjing Road. Tel: 21-62798888. If you would like to get the hotel by subway,you can take Line 2 to the nearest station Nanjing Xilu and the hotel is within 10 minutes' walking distance)
Upon arrival in Wuhan, your local guide will meet you at the airport and transfer you to the dock and assist you boarding the deluxe China Regal Cruise ship.
Sail at 19:00, a welcome briefing will be given to all. Day 2 Cruise on the Yangtze River (B/L/D)
Sail all day today. Many cultural programs and events are provided on board: River briefing, Taiji practice, Dancing party, Movie show, etc.
Day 3 Cruise on the Yangtze River (B/L/D)
Navigate Gezhou Shiplock and sail through Xiling Gorge in the morning;
Visit the Three Gorges Dam site at noon and navigate Three Gorges Shiplock in the afternoon.
The Three Gorges Dam on the Yangtze River is known as one of the largest construction projects and the dam is the largest of its kind in the world today. The project aims to generate tremendous power and control flood. Started in 1992, the project is expected to be fully completed in 2009.

Shore excursion to Shennong Stream in the morning, take a boat ride along the stream. Lying in the north bank of Badong, rising from Shennongjia Primitive Forest, the stream is the first tributary of the Yangtze River. This afternoon you sail through Wu Gorge and Qutang Gorge.
Day 5 Cruise on the Yangtze River (B/L/D)
Shore excursion at Wanxian in the morning, visit Wanxian Museum, relocation village and local market.
Go on sailing in the afternoon. Enjoy the cultural programs and events on board.
Day 6 Chongqing – Xian by MU2262 (16:55-18:00) (B/L)
Disembark at Chongqing at 10:00am, meet your local guide and enjoy a short city tour in Chongqing including Chaotianmen Gate, Eling Park and Arhat Temple. Transfer to the airport and take MU2262 to Xian (16:55-18:00).
Upon arrival in Xian, your local guide will meet you and transfer you to your hotel.

Day 7 Xian – Beijing by overnight train (B/L/D)
Today you will visit the world wonder Terracotta Warriors and Emperor Qinshihuang’s mosaleum, the most significant archiological excavations of 20th century. After lunch, you visit the gray city walls imposing and built to keep out bandits and barbarians. Go on to the Great Mosque, built 1256 years ago and is still an active place of worship. Stroll around the Mosque and experience the distinct Muslim atmosphere. Transfer to the railway station to catch a night train to Beijing.
Train: Z20(Depart Beijing at 20:16, arrive in Xian at 07:17 next morning)

Day 8 Beijing (B/L/-)
Arrive in Beijing around 8:30am. Picked up and transferred to your hotel for a short break if there’re rooms available that early or you will begin your tour in Beijing upon arrival. Today’s highlights include Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City and the Summer Palace.

Day 9 Beijing (B/L/-)
Today you have an excursion to the Great Wall and Ming Tombs. The Great Wall snakes its way across northern China for about 6000km and is a remarkable piece of engineering and is the most famous symbol of China. This morning you explore the Juyongguan section, one of the three sections near Beijing. Have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon you continue to the Ming Tombs-the tombs of Ming dynasty emperors and their families. This time you visit Dingling Tomb where the 13th Ming emperor and his two emperesses were buried. Transfer back to your hotel.

Day 10 Beijing (B/L/-)
After breakfast you will be drived to the Temple of Heaven, one of the most famous landmarks of Beijing. Then move on to Beihai Park and explore the old hutongs and the life of people living in the area. After lunch, visit Lama Temple which is a tranquil Tibetan Buddhism monastery. From the main entrance of the temple, take a short walk to the Temple of Confucius nearby.

Day 11 Depart Beijing (B)
Transfer to the airport and take your homeward flight.
