Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive Guilin

Upon your arrival in Guilin, out professional local guide will meet and transfer you to your hotel. Free at leisure at the rest of the day.

Accommodation: Fubo Hotel Guilin or similar

Day 2 Guilin - Yangdi - Yangshuo (B/L)

Have breakfast at your hotel. Drive 28 miles southward to Yangdi Town and start your hiking tour right from here. You will hike along the Li River to Xingping, a fishing town. The total milage is about 12.4 miles and it usually takes 4 to 5 hours. During the hiking you will pass through 6 villages, cross the river by ferry three times. The scenery on the way is amazing and you will also have the chance to experience the countryside life of local farmers.
Important note: a comfortable pair of shoes is definately necessary for the 4 to 5-hour hiking tour.

Day 3 Yangshuo - Guilin (B/L)

This morning, if you like, you can get up early and learn Taichi (Chinese shadow box) with our professional teacher before breakfast.
After breakfast, your guide will rent a bicycle for you to start your biking tour. You will go to visit the Aishan village, see what the village life is like, chat with local people. At noon, visit a farmhouse, learn how to cook Chinese food and have lunch with the family. In the afternoon you will continue to ride to the Yulong River and take a 2-hour bamboo rafting tour. Ride back to Yangshuo to return the bicycles and be transferred back to Guilin by car.

Day 4 Depart Guilin (B/L)
Elephant Trunk Hill in Guilin
After breakfast you will have a half day sightseeing in the morning including a visit to the Elephant Trunk Hill which is one of the landmark scene of Guilin; Reed Flute Cave which has some of the best scenery in Guilin with stalactites and stalagmites. After lunch transfer to the airport for the next destination.
