Itinerary:
Picked up at your hotel around 8:00 in the morning. Transfered to the Tea Museum, learn the history of tea cultivation, the process of tea making, the advantage of drink tea and taste a glass of green tea. Then move on to the Silk Museum,learn how silk worms dramaticly turn out to be silk product. Transfered back to your hotel.
China Tea Museum: It is the only museum with the subject on tea. Located at the town of the Dragon Well Tea, it covers an area of 22,000 square meters, in which the floor area is 3,500 square meters with five exhibition halls namely the history, the quintessence, the facility and the custom. Opened to the public in 1991, it gives the tourists a chance to know the development of tea in
China. Besides, the tourist can also have fun on plucking and making tea.
China Silk Museum: It is located at the foot of Yuhuang Mountain. Opened to the public in February 26, 1992, it was a State-level specialized museum as well as the world biggest silk museum. Occupying a land area of five hectares, in which the floor space 8,000 Square meters and exhibition area 3,000 square meters. The basic exhibitions are divided into five parts: the foreword hall, the historical relics Hall, silk hall, dyeing and weaving hall and modern achievement hall. If you are interested in it, you can also use the ancient loom to experience the process of weaving.
