Day 1 Shanghai (-/L/-)
Pick up at airport and transfer to your hotel. Check in Best West Longmen Hotel for 2 nights stay. After a short break begin your tour in Shanghai with a visit to Yuyuan Garden and Town God's Temple. Taste typical Shanghai snacks for lunch. In the afternoon drive to People's Square occupying a large portion of the geographic city center. Underneath the square is the city's largest metro station and the only station to transfer between metro line 1 and line 2. Above the ground is the People's Park, the Shanghai Museum, the Shanghai Art Museum, the Grand Theatre and the Urban Planning Hall. You can stroll leisurely around and drop in one of the museums for a further exploration.
Day 2 Shanghai (B/L/-)
This morning you visit Lujiazui area in Pudong district to appreciate the rapid development. It is hard to imagine just over a decade ago this area was defined by farmerhouses and small warehouses hemmed in by rice paddies and the muddy Huangpu River. In 1990 this area was made into a Special Economic Zone and a modern financial district with world-class convention centers, shopping malls and grandiose apartments appears amazingly. Lunch at a Chinese restaurant.
In the afternoon, enjoy shopping at Nanjing Road and Huaihai Road.

Free at leisure till check out by noon. Your own arrangement to get to the airport or train station which is just a stone's throw from your hotel.

Yuyuan Garden: In the center of Shanghai next to the Yuyuan Bazaar, this exquisite old garden is well-known for its unique design. The paths wander across bridges, past rockeries and miniature lakes, and through pretty halls and pavilions. Come here for a walk an feel the peace and harmony here.
Town God's Temple: In the old times, people believed that every town had a God protecting them from the evil's attacking and blessing them a healthy and happy life. The Temple was built to worship the Town God.
Nanjing Road and Huaihai Road Two busiest commercial streets and shoppers' paradise in Shanghai.
