In the morning, our local guide will pick you up from your hotel at 8 am, and drive to visit Baiyunguan Taoist Temple, then Fayuan Temple which is an old Buddhist temple.
After lunch, visit the Lama Temple, the biggest and best preserved Tibetan Buddhist temple in Beijing.
As one of three ancestor places of Taoism Quanzhen from Yuan Dynasty, Baiyunguan Temple, founded in 739, is located in Baiyun Road East, Fuxing Men Gate, Xicheng District. It’s the biggest Taoist Temple in Beijing. After the founding of New China, the national Taoism organizations, colleges, and research institutes such as: Chinese Taoism Association, Chinese Taoism College, Chinese Research
Institute of Taoism Culture etc were set up one after another in the temple. The temple is at the top of the ladder in the hearts of numerous Taoists. Meanwhile, it is a place of worship for a lot of believers and tourists in China and abroad for its richest intact Taoist relic collection.
Fayuan Temple is situated in Front Fayuan Temple Street, Xuanwu District of Beijing. China Buddhism Association and China Buddhism Library are located here.
Lama Temple, also called Yong He Palace, is the biggest and best-preserved Tibetan Buddhist temple in Beijing.
