Visits : Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square

This morning you will visit Tiananmen Square, the biggest city square in the world. Covering 440,000 square meters, it has witnessed many important historic events taking place here. Then pay a visit to the Forbidden City, one of the five most famous palaces in the world where 24 emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties lived and ruled for over 500 years. In the afternoon take a tour in Beihai Park, a best-preserved imperial garden with a history of 1,000 years, and take a hutong tour exploring the lanes and courtyard houses unique to Beijing.

Visits : Beijing Summer Palace

This morning visit the Summer Palace, which used to be a summer resort of Empress Dowager Cixi. It is mainly dominated by Longevity Hill (60 meters high) and the Kunming Lake. It covers an expanse of 2.9 square kilometers, three quarters of which is water. In the afternoon you will be transferred to the airport and take flight to Xian. Tonight, enjoy delicious Dumplings Banquet.

This morning pay a visit to Shaanxi History Museum, which is one of the first huge state museums with modern facilities in China with over 300,000 items. In the afternoon you will be transferred to the airport and take flight to Chongqing. After that, visit the Stilwell Museum founded in memory of an American general who contributed a great deal to Chinese people during the World War II.Transfer to the cruise port and board Cruise to begin your memorable trip on the Yangtze River.
