Visits : Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square

This morning you will visit Tiananmen Square, the biggest city square in the world. Covering 440,000 square meters, it has witnessed many important historic events taking place here. Then pay a visit to the Forbidden City, one of the five most famous palaces in the world where 24 emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties lived and ruled for over 500 years. In the afternoon take a tour in Beihai Park, a best-preserved imperial garden with a history of 1,000 years, and take a hutong tour exploring the lanes and courtyard houses unique to Beijing.

After breakfast explore the fantastic wild section of Great wall-Mutianyu Section, which is well preserved with spectacular view and has less tourists than Badaling.

In the afternoon you will visit the Temple of Heaven where emperors conducted religious rituals and prayed for good harvest in Qing and Ming dynasties. It is one of the most important landmarks of Beijing.

This morning visit the Summer Palace, which used to be a summer resort of Empress Dowager Cixi. It is mainly dominated by Longevity Hill (60 meters high) and the Kunming Lake. It covers an expanse of 2.9 square kilometers, three quarters of which is water. In the afternoon you will be transferred to the airport and take flight to Xian. Tonight, enjoy delicious Dumplings Banquet.

Visits : Terra-Cotta Warriors, The Big Wild Goose Pagoda

This morning visit the world famous Terra Cotta Warriors. It was discovered in 1974 and considered one of the eight wonders in the world. This afternoon enjoy a leisure visit to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, one of the most important historical sites in Xian.

Day 6 - Xian -> Chongqing -> Three Gorges Area   (B, L, D)

This morning pay a visit to Shaanxi History Museum, which is one of the first huge state museums with modern facilities in China with over 300,000 items. In the afternoon you will be transferred to the airport and take flight to Chongqing. After that, visit the Stilwell Museum founded in memory of an American general who contributed a great deal to Chinese people during the World War II.Transfer to the cruise port and board Cruise to begin your memorable trip on the Yangtze River. Tonight you will take a ship to Three Gorges Area.

After enjoying your breakfast make shore excursion to Fengdu, a legendary old town made famous by old stories of sinister spirits and terrible ghosts. You will see many statues of ghosts and devils in the mountain town.

Return to the ship and continue cruising down the Yangtze.


Day 8 - Three Gorges Area   (B, L, D)

After breakfast sailing through the Qutang Gorge and Wu Gorge. Have a shore excursion to Shennong Stream or Lesser Three Gorges, then sail through the Three Gorges dam shiplocks.




Day 9 - Three Gorges Area -> Shanghai   (B, L, D)

After enjoying your breakfast you will arrive at Huangling Temple at 8am; visit the Three Gorges Dam in the morning, which is the world's largest water project. Disembark the cruiser at about 1:30pm.

After having lunch you will be transferred to the airport and take flight to Shanghai.

After enjoying your breakfast visit Shanghai Museum and stroll at Nanjing Road. After lunch you will visit Yu Garden (Yu Yuan), an age-old garden where you can get close touch with Chinese traditional architecture. Then you will have a free walk around Shanghai Old Street. In the evening, you will enjoy a fantastic acrobatic performance.

This morning take an excursion tour to Zhujiajiao water village. The picturesque Zhujiajiao is a classic water village, over 400 years old with a signature five-arch bridge spanning the Cao Gang River. In the afternoon head for the railway station and take a safe, fast and comfortable train ride to Hangzhou.

After breakfast enjoy the picturesque sceneries while having the boat cruise on the West Lake. This afternoon visit Lingyin temple, where has a quiet and beautiful grandeur that encourages a feeling of peace and for contemplation. Then, you are going to hike through mini-mountain Fei Lai Peak to discover many Buddhist rock carvings. Your next stop is to take a gander at Meijiawu Tea Village.

After enjoying your breakfast This morning make this day with trip to Li River Cruise to witness the spectacular limestone rock formations and rural life along the riverbanks. After lunch, stop at Yangshuo, a small town set in the lush rice paddies and surrounded by meandering rivers and limestone peaks. After lunch take an electric cart to travel around enjoying the countryside view of the villages. Then enjoy a wonderful show named Impression Sanjie Liu.

After enjoying your breakfast our guide will guide you to explore Victoria Peak-the centre of Hong Kong as a tourist destination, a prime residential area and a view point second to none. Then visit the Repulse Bay. This Sun-drenched Bay is a luxurious residential area for dining, relaxation, and aquatic activities. Later on go for Aberdeen where the intriguing fishing life and delicious seafood definitely are quite worthy a visit! After the visit, be dropped off at your hotel. In the afternoon enjoy a half day free at leisure.
