Day 1  Arrive in Beijing
 
Greeted by your professional local guide upon arrival and be transferred to your hotel by a private air-conditioned car/van.

Day 2  Beijing (B/L/D)
 flying kite at Tiananmen Square
This morning you will visit Tiananmen Square, walking through the gate of Heavenly Peace to enter into the Imperial Palace and the Forbidden City, where 22 Emperors ruled China since the 15 century. Sightseeing inside of the Forbidden City includes the front halls, Imperial garden and some of the most beautiful imperial treasure collections.
After lunch move on to the Summer Palace where you can discover gardens, palaces and pavilions with temples and halls in a tranquil, landscaped lakeside setting. In 1886, the Empress Dowager Cixi of the Qing dynasty diverted funds earmarked to build a modern Chinese navy and spent the money on endowing the Summer Palace with a marble boat-shaped pavilion and other extravagances throughout the palace. She also gave the palace its current name, Yiheyuan which means the Garden for Cultivating Harmony in Chinese.

Day 3  Beijing (B/L)
 Great Wall
Today you will visit the mighty Great Wall at Badaling.  It was the vital military pass, an important barrier and the protection wall against the northern minority's entrance. After lunch at a local restaurant, you will visit one of the 13 Ming Tombs - Changling Tomb where emperor Yongle and his consort was buried. 
Tonight you will enjoy Peking Opera performance.

Day 4  Beijing - Xian by plane (B/L)
 
You will visit the Temple of Heaven in the morning. It is one of Beijing’s most famous landmarks. This was the place where Ming and Qing emperors worshipped God and prayed for harvest. Highlights of the temple are the Hall for the Prayer of Good Harvest, the Circular Altar, the Imperial Vault of Heaven and the Echo Wall.
After lunch you will be transferred to the airport and take flight to Xian, another historical city.
Upon arrival in Xian you will be greeted by your local guide and transferred to your hotel.

Day 5  Xian (B/L/D)
 
In the morning you will drive eastwards to visit the thrilling Terracotta Warriors. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. City tour in the afternoon takes you to the Great Mosque and Muslim street.
Tonight enjoy the local special food Dumpling for dinner.

Day 6 Xian - Guilin by plane (B/L)
 
In the morning you will tour the Wild Goose Pagoda and the ancient City Wall. After lunch at a local restaurant, you will be transferred to the airport for flight to the picturesque city Guilin.
Upon arrival in Guilin you will be greeted by your local guide and transferred to your hotel.

Day 7  Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin (B/L)
 
Highlight today is a cruise tour on the fantastic Li River. Start from Guilin and disembark at Yangzhou beautiful town. Lunch is served on the ship.
Upon arrival in Yangshuo, you will take a short cycling tour to the countryside or take an electric car tour instead. You have good chance to chat with local farmers, surely maybe with the assistance of the guide. And then you will drive back to Guilin.

Day 8 Guilin - Chongqing by plane (B/L/D)
 
Today you will enjoy a half day city tour including the Elephant Trunk Hill and the Reed Flute Cave. After lunch you will be transferred to the airport for flight to Chongqing.
Upon arrival have a short city tour and dinner before boarding the Cruise. The cruise departs at 9:00pm.

Day 9  Yangtze River cruise (B/L/D)
 
Your memorable Yangtze River tour starts actually. After a sumptuous breakfast, you have a shore excursion to Fengdu, also known as the Ghost City.

Day 10  Yangtze River cruise (B/L/D)
 
Sail through Qutang Gorge and Wu Gorge. Excursion to Daning River small gorges or Shennong Stream, enjoy the marvelous natural scenery. Sail through the Three Gorges dam

Day 11  Yichang - Shanghai by plane (B/L)Yangtze River Cruise
 
You will visit the Three Gorges Dam Project in the morning. Disembark at Yichang at 1:30pand then your local guide will pick you up and transfer you to the airport for a flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival in Shanghai you will be greeted by your local guide and transferred to your hotel.

Day 12  Shanghai (B/L)
 
Today the full day exploration on the most charming city includes a visit to Shanghai Museum, Yuyuan Garden, the Bund and Nanjing Road Commercial Area.

Day 13 Shanghai - Suzhou by train (B/L)
 
Suzhou is an elegant city with long history and rich culture. Transfer to Shanghai railway station and take D412 to Suzhou. The train departs at 09:15 and arrives at 09:55.  The highlights in Suzhou include the Humble Administrative Garden, the Tiger Hill and a leisure walk along the Grand Canal.

Day 14  Suzhou - Hangzhou by train (B/L)
 
Half day tour in Suzhou in the morning, visit the old part of the historic city and a silk spinning factory. After lunch you will be transferred to the railway station and take D471 to Hangzhou (14:13-16:42). Upon arrival your local guide will greet you at Hangzhou Railway Station and transfer you to your hotel.

Day 15  Hangzhou - Shanghai by train (B/L)
 
This morning you have a cruise tour on the West Lake, stroll leisurely at Huagang Park, and then visit a tea plantation. Hangzhou boasts the finest green tea in China. Lunch is served at a local restaurant. In the afternoon pay a visit to Lingyin Temple and the rock carvings on the Peak Flying From Afar located in front of the temple. Then enjoy yourself at Hefang Street before transferred to the railway station for train D680 (18:18-19:36) back to Shanghai. Upon arrival you will be transferred to your hotel.
