Day 1 - Xining (D)

Upon your arrival, our guide will meet you and transfer you to the city center. enjoy a free morning at leisure.

This afternoon the tour takes you to Kumbum Monastery, one of the six biggest Tibetan monasteries. It is the birth place of Tsongkhapa, the founder of Gelupa, Yellow sect of Tibetan Buddhism.

Day 2 - Xining -> Chaka (B, L, D)

After breakfast you will have a good chance to appreciate the Qinghai Lake. Lying on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, Qinghai Lake is the largest inland saltwater lake in China. The next Sun and Moon Mountain are also very appealing.It is undoubtedly a wonderful place from which to view the landscape around Xining.Then Then you will be transferred to Chaka by private car.

Day 3 - Chaka -> Golmud (B, L, D)

Today Then you will be driven to Golmud. This afternoon go to see Gobi sight, oasis in the desert, and so called Treasure bowl, also one of the four basins in China Qaidam basin on the way.

Day 4 - Golmud (B, L, D)

Today begins our tour to the mouth of Mt Kunlun along the highest altitude road in the world. The mountain has a steep terrain, a unique ecological environment and a magnificent natural scene. Here you can also see numerous hills rising one upon another, snowy peaks towering into the sky, and a vast expanse of grassland. The tuotuo river, is not only the source of Yangtze River, but also the Yellow river and Lancang river.

Day 5 - Golmud -> Nagqu -> Damxung County (B, L, D)

After enjoying your breakfast Then you will be driven to Nagqu. After having lunch Then you will be transferred to Damxung County by private car.

Day 6 - Damxung County -> Zetang Town -> Lhasa (B, L, D)

Visits : Heavenly Lake Namtso

Today cross over Naganla Pass and start to trek to Namtso Lake which will take about 4 hours.Namtso Lake, the second largest saltwater lake, is one of the five most beautiful lakes in China selected by China National Geography magazine. After lunch Then you will be transferred to Zetang Town by private car. you'll travel to Yamdroktso (4441m above sea level), one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. In the late afternoon, Then you will be transferred to Lhasa by private car.

Day 7 - Lhasa (B, L, D)

Visits : Potala Palace, Barkhor Street, Jokhang Temple

After enjoying your breakfast visit Potala Palace which is the symbol of Lhasa. In the afternoon pay a visit to Jokhang Temple,the first Buddhist temple in Lhasa and China's key cultural relic for protection and a world cultural heritage. Then enjoy a stroll along the Barkhor Street nearby which is the favorite place for all visitors.

Day 8 - Lhasa (B)

Free till being transfered to the airport. End of the fabulous tour in China.
