Mr. Song Rongsheng, master of Taiji, was born in Nov. 8, 1945. He is one of the top-class coaches teaching Chinese traditional shadowboxing and Taiji hand slap.He is also a member of Zhejiang Martial Art Association and an expert of Zhejiang Medical Experts Group of bone fracture with Martial Art.

Day 01: Arrive in Hangzhou (Sun)

Upon arriving at Hangzhou, you will meet your hosting family, and get to know each other. Later on you will take a leisure walk around the community where the family is located with accompany

of the hosts. A welcoming Chinese Dinner would be prepared and served by the host.

Day 02: Hangzhou (Mon)

Morning: Taiji Class and Practise, take short breaks every 50 minutes.

Have Chinese lunch at Hongni Restaurant.
Afternoon:Visit a kindergarten and a primary school to see how Chinese kids learn and play. You will talk to teachers and children who are always friendly.
Visit Hangzhou Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital.
Return to your lodge

Day 03: Hangzhou (Tue)

Morning: Taiji Class and short Practice.

Pay a visit to Dujinsheng Silk & Brocade Museum.
Have lunch at local Chinese restaurant
Afternoon: Visit Lingyin Temple, stone carvings on Peak Flying From Afar.
Evening free - activity suggestions include shopping along Hefang Jie, tasting green tea at Xihutiandi.

Day 04: Hangzhou - Wuzhen - Hangzhou (Thu)

Today you have a day trip to Wuzhen, a water village 81km northeast of Hangzhou,regarded as the Last Rest-on Water Town in China.

Visit Jiangnan Hundred-Bed Museum,Folk Custom Museum,Wine Workshop,Dyehouse
Have lunch at Wuzhen
In the afternoon, visit Shadow Puppet Theatre, old pawnshop and have a short river boat ride.
Return to your lodge in late afternoon.

Evening free.

Morning: Taiji Lesson and Practice

Evening entertainment: Enjoy a Variety Show in Dongpo Theatre
Accommodation: a private room at host’s family

Day 06: Hangzhou (Sat)

Morning: Taiji lesson and short practice

Visit Households Community and local resident's home
Have lunch at local restaurant
Afternoon: Visit Hangzhou Agedness College to learn Chinese traditional brush painting
Accommodation: a private room at host’s family

Day 07: Hangzhou (Sun)

Morning: Taiji lesson and short practice
Lakeside walk to No.6 park, speak to locals at 'English Corner'
Have lunch at locar restaurant
Afternoon: Visit Daguan Primary School to learn the Chinese traditional instrument such as Pipa, Erhu or Flute.
Evening: Farewell Dinner and certificate issuing ceremony

Day 08 Depart Hangzhou (Mon)

Transfer to the airport and take your onward flight.
