Visits : Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Beijing Summer Palace
This morning you will visit Tiananmen Square, the biggest city square in the world. Covering 440,000 square meters. It has witnessed many important historic events taking place here. Then pay a visit to the Forbidden City, one of the five most famous palaces in the world where 24 emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties lived and ruled for over 500 years. In the afternoon visit the Summer Palace, which used to be a summer resort of Empress Dowager Cixi. It is mainly dominated by Longevity Hill (60 meters high) and the Kunming Lake. It covers an expanse of 2.9 square kilometers, three quarters of which is water. This evening, drive to Beijing Red Theatre (a former worker´s club) to watch the Kungfu Performance.

Ze Yuan restaurant is named to memorize the former residence of Mao Zedong. Its general manager Wang Mingfu was a safe guard of Chairman Mao. He hired the two old chefs of Chairman as technology consultants. You will be able to taste Chairman Mao’s favorite food there.

After breakfast we drive towards northwest to visit the Badaling section of the Great Wall. Badaling is the site of the most visited section of the Great Wall of China, approximately 50 miles (80 km) northwest of urban Beijing city in Yanqing County, which is within the Beijing municipality. The portion of the wall running through the site was built during the Ming Dynasty, along with a military outpost reflecting the location´s strategic importance. The highest point of Badaling is Beibalou, approximately 0.63 miles (1,015 m) above sea level. In the afternoon drive to the burial site of 13 Ming dynasty emperors. Today you will visit Dingling and walk along the Sacred Road. This evening, you will go to taste Beijing Roast Duck in Quanjude which is a famous historied Roast Duck restaurant in China.

This morning you will visit the Temple of Heaven where emperors conducted religious rituals and prayed for good harvest in Qing and Ming dynasties. It is one of the most important landmarks of Beijing. In the afternoon you will be transferred to the airport and take flight to Shanghai.

It’s a truth universally acknowledged that a restaurant tacked on to a Triple-A tourist venue will stink. And cost the earth. The wood-furnished dining room, with its high beamed ceilings and tight squeeze of tables, exudes a tavern-esqe aura that seems to tease out congeniality from all present, making for a buzzy atmosphere that borders on raucous.

After breakfast you will visit Yu Garden (Yu Yuan), an age-old garden where you can get close touch with Chinese traditional architecture. Then you will have a free walk around Shanghai Old Street. After having lunch take your time to visit Shanghai Museum which is located in People´s Square. After that, visit the Bund, a long strip on west bank of Huangpu River. It is Shanghai´s number one tourist site.

The restaurant is located No. 239 Shanxi South Road Huangpu District. It mainly serves Shanghai local dishes. It is popular among local people for its braised food.

After breakfast you will be transferred to the airport for the flight to Guilin. In the afternoon visit the historic Fubo Hill and Reed Flute Cave.

This restaurant is located in city center,west to the libertation bridge .You can enjoy a good view of li river and Seven star park.
After breakfast take a 4-hour cruise along the picturesque Li River which is embraced by numerous karst hills. Lunch is served on board before arriving at Yangshuo, a small town set in the lush rice paddies and surrounded by meandering rivers and limestone peaks. This afternoon you will have free time to explore Yangshuo. Then you will be transferred to Guilin by private car.
