Arrive in China´s capital Beijing where you will be met by your experienced English speaking tour guide and transferred to your hotel which is carefully selected with high quality and good location. On the way to your hotel, the guide will give you a brief introduction about the tour and the hotel. Enjoy a free night in your hotel or explore the streets in the neighborhood.

Day 2 - Beijing   (B, L)

Visits : Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square

After enjoying your breakfast begin your tour in Beijing with a walk on majestic Tiananmen Square, the world´s largest city square. Then move on to visit the Forbidden City, also known as Palace Museum. In history there are 24 Ming and Qing emperors live and rule here. After lunch, explore some of Beijing´s old Hutongs by rickshaw: the traditional courtyard residences cut into blocks by narrow alleyways. At night, you will be driven to a theater to watch a fantastic show of Chinese Kungfu.

Visits : Mutianyu Great Wall

Today you will have a day excursion to the Great Wall and Ming Tombs, two must-see world heritage sites for first travelers to China. Compared with other sections open to public like Badaling and Juyongguan, Mutianyu Great Wall is considered less touristic. After the hiking tour, pay a visit to Mutianyu Village nearby. Voted one of the most beautiful villages in Beijing, it is regarded as an ideal countryside retreat and has attracted more and more people to stay permanently. In the afternoon, continue to the Ming Tombs, the burial site of 13 Ming emperors and their consorts. You will visit Changling, the burial place of emperor Yongle.

Day 4 - Beijing -> Xian   (B, L, D)

Visits : Beijing Summer Palace

After enjoying your breakfast visit the Summer Palace, which used to be a summer resort of Empress Dowager Cixi. It is mainly dominated by Longevity Hill (60 meters high) and the Kunming Lake. It covers an expanse of 2.9 square kilometers, three quarters of which is water. In the afternoon you will be transferred to the airport and take flight to Xian. Tonight, enjoy delicious Dumplings Banquet.

Visits : The Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Terra-Cotta Warriors

After breakfast full day guided tour and today´s highlights include:  terra-cotta warriors and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The life-sized terra-cotta warriors had been buried with the Qin emperor Shihuang for over 2200 years. It was one of the most important archaeological discoveries of the 20th century. Big Wild Goose Pagoda, built in AD652, was the place to house and protect Buddhist scriptures brought back from India by a famous monk Xuanzang.

Day 6 - Xian -> Shanghai   (B, L)

After enjoying your breakfast pay a visit to Shaanxi History Museum, which is one of the first huge state museums with modern facilities in China with over 300,000 items. In the afternoon you will be transferred to the airport and take flight to Shanghai. After that, visit the Bund, a long strip on west bank of Huangpu River. It is Shanghai´s number one tourist site.

Day 7 - Shanghai -> Suzhou   (B, L)

Visits : Jade Buddha Temple

Today pay a visit to Jade Buddha Temple with a famous collection of Jade Buddha Statue from Burma. Then go to Children´s Palace and chat with local people to learn how ordinary Chinese live.
In the afternoon head for the railway station and take a safe, fast and comfortable train ride to Suzhou.

After breakfast enjoy your time in Humble Administrator's Garden, the most beautiful garden in China. In the afternoon visit Suzhou Museum, which exhibits the arts and antiques of classical times and modern times from Ming and Qing Dynasties to modern period.



Day 9 - Suzhou -> Shanghai   (B)

This morning take a train to Shanghai. In the afternoon enjoy a half day free at leisure.
