Day 01 Shanghai – Nantong by coach (-/L/-) 濠河
Be picked up at your hotel at 08:30am. Then, you will take a coach around 2 hours to Nantong via Sutong bridge, which is a cable-stayed bridge with the longest main span of 1,088 metres in the world that spans the Yangtze River between Nantong and Changshu,Jiangsu province. Nantong city is a vital river port bordering Yancheng to the north, Taizhou to the west, Suzhou to the south across the river, and the East China Sea to the east.

Upon your arrival, you will stop at Nantong museum to know the city’s history, which is China's first museum. When you're in Nantong Museum, you'll get a feeling that it is more like a beautiful garden than a museum.

In the afternoon, you will walk along Hao River of 10-kilometer-long, which zigzags around the city is its soul. The river used to be the moat more than 1,000 years ago. There you can enjoy the cruising on the river to view the beautiful scenery of the coast. Especially, at night, all imbued with a romantic atmosphere, in which people lost. There are many cultural and natural sights around, such as Wenfeng pagoda, Tianning temple, North Pole pavilion and Five park etc. You could take a visit one by one.

Day 02 Nantong – Yancheng by coach (B/L/-) 狼山
In the morning, you will go to Wolf Hill of the height of 110 meters. As the legend said, there was White Wolf Habitat place that the hill is so called. Other saying is named by the wolf-shaped hill. It is the first Buddhist hill of eight mountains. It includes Luobingwang tomb, Faruo Hall, Guangjiao temple, Big palace, Beili garden.

In the afternoon, you will take a coach around 2 hours to Yancheng, which literally "Salt City", is named after the many sea salt harvest fields around the city. According to historical records, collection and production of sea salt in the region began as early as 119 BC during the Western Han Dynasty.

Day 03 Yancheng – Lianyungang by coach (B/L/-) 大縱湖In the morning, you will take a visit at the Nature Reserve, which is the largest coastal wetland reserve in the East of China with international prestige, which is an important wintering habitat for many bird species, especially the red crowned crane.

Then, you will pay a visit at Withered-branch peony park, which is a special species of the peony tree reported in China, derived from Bianchang Township more than 700 years ago. There were lots of legends about the plant in local folklores and these legendary stories have lasted for generations.

In the afternoon, you will go to Dazong Lake Scenic Region, which is the deepest lake in the North of Jiangsu with perfect lake ecosystem. One of the best known spotlights is the reed labyrinth and it has been listed as the largest reed maze by the Guinness World Records.

After that, you will take a coach around 1.5 hours to Lianyungang. The city is "the port connected to the clouds. Its name derives from Lian
Island(the largest island) in Jiangsu Province which lies off its coastline.

Day 04 Lianyungang – Rizhao – Lianyungang by coach (B/L/-) 日照國傢森林公園
In the morning, you will take a coach around 2 hours to Rizhao, which is a major seaport city in southeastern Shandong province. It is a new rising coastal port city, which boasts time-honored history and culture, beautiful natural sceneries, unique custom and excellent ecological environment.

Upon your arrival, you will pay a visit at Light pagoda scenic area. Then, you could wander along the seashore road to the hundred kilometers of gold sand. There you may take a ship to sail at Sea and view the bund of Rizhao. Or you could visit Olympic park and World Sailboat Tournament Field to watch sailing.

Taste Chinese lunch at local restaurant at 12:45PM.

In the afternoon, you will take a gander at Rizhao National Forest Park, which is situated at the foot of a mountain and by the side of the sea. It is reputed as “Only unpolluted gold coast at China’s Coasts.”

After visiting, you will take a coach back Lianyungang city.

Day 05 Lianyungang – Huai’an by coach (B/L/-) 花果山
In the morning, you will go to Huaguoshan Mountain, popularized in a well-known Chinese novel "Journey to the West". The site has numerous natural attractions including splendid springs, waterfalls, caves and cliffs, and man-made scenic spots like Buddha sculptures and temples dating back to the 7th century AD.

In the afternoon, you will take a visit at Xu Fu Village, an official working for the first Emperor, Qinshihuang, in the Qin Dynasty, was dispatched by the emperor for an ocean-crossing trip to look for herbs that could make the emperor immortal. Locals erected a temple and a tombstone with his name in memory of him.

Then, you will take a coach around 2 hours to reach Huai’an, which referring to "Everlasting Peace of Huai River" in Mandarin, is a city with its mythology on the ability of flood control techniques in the ancient Chinese history.

Day 06 Huai’an – Taizhou by coach (B/L/-) 鎮淮樓
In the morning, you will take a coach around 20 minutes to reach The First Mausoleum of the Ming Dynasty Mausoleum, which houses the remains of the father, grandfather and great grandfather of Zhu Yuanzhang, the founding emperor of the Ming Dynasty.

Then, you will pay a visit at Zhenhuai Tower, which known as the Drum Tower, is the symbol of the ancient city of Huai’an. The tower was given the name Zhenhuai, meaning “to keep down the water of Huai River”.

In the afternoon, you will take a gander at Qingyan Garden, which can be defined as a classical Chinese garden. It is named as Qingyan Garden, which means “Clear river and peaceful sea”.

After that, you will take a coach around 3.5 hours to Taizhou, which is a city with a history of over 2,100 years. In the Eastern Jin Dynasty, the town experienced its booming economy and the substantial salt trade made it a home for many wealthy merchants.

Day 07 Taizhou – Changzhou by coach (B/L/-) 梅蘭芳公園
In the morning, you will take a visit at Mei Lanfang Park, which is located in the eastern suburb of Taizhou City and is a traditional Chinese-style complex. The park was established in memory of Mr. Mei Lanfang, a famed Beijing Opera, or Peking Opera, artist.

Then, you will go to the Memorial hall, which was established specifically in memory of Zheng Banqiao, a famed Chinese painter, calligrapher and artist, who lived in Qing Dynasty.

In the afternoon, you will take a gander at Qinhu Lake. The scenic region attracts tourists with its well protected environment and natural reserve including its wetland conservation area.

Then, you will take a coach around 1.5 hours to Changzhou, which is located in southern Jiangsu Province and a well known cultural and rising industrial city in areas south of the Changjiang River.

Day 08 Changzhou – Shanghai by coach (B/L/-) 東坡公園
In the morning, you will stop at Tianning temple, which was built 1,350 years ago during the reign of Emperor Yonghui of the Tang Dynasty. You will know how majestic the temple is when you arrive there.

Then, you will take a visit at Dongpo park, call as “Yichou Pavilion Park”, which is by the ancient Grand Canal. People built Yizhou Pavilion in commemoration of Mr.Su Dongpo who was a renowned man in Northern Song Dynasty.

Later afternoon, you will take a coach around 3 hours back Shanghai. End of your memorable tour.
