This morning, you will be picked up at your hotel, then drive to Tiananmen Square, the city center of Beijing, which is surrounded by many important buildings and where the Chinese national flag is raised at the same time with sunrise.
Then head to visit the Forbidden City - the largest ancient imperial palace group with 500 years history. You will visit the Forbidden City along the central axis from south to north for 2 hours.
Continue to visit the Temple of Heaven, the largest ancient imperial worship architecture group in the world.
Have Chinese lunch at a local restaurant and pay a visit to a pearl shop and a silk market.
Move on to the Summer Palace.Equally famous as the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace is called "Yiheyuan" (Garden of Nurtured Harmony) in Chinese. It is up to now the best preserved and largest imperial gardens in China.
After that, be transferred back to your hotel.
