Day 1 Beijing---Arrival (-/L/-) 
Disembark your cruise at Xingang Port, Tianjin. After going though the customs, you will be greeted by our local English speaking guide and transferred to Beijing, the capital city. It takes two and a half hours.
After lunch at a local restaurant, you will visit Summer Palace, once the summer resort of royal families in the Qing dyasty. Its Chinese name Yiheyuan was given by the empress dowage Cixi which means the garden for cultivating harmony.

Day 2 Beijing (B/L/SD) 
In the morning, the tour will first take you to Jingshan Park (also known as Coal Hill Park) which is situated just opposite the north gate of the Forbidden City. It is the best place to have a bird’s eye view of the Forbidden City, then to the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, the biggest city square in the world.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, you will enjoy a rickshaw ride at the old Hutongs, then you will climb up the Drum Tower where, in Ming and Qing dynasty, people beat a huge drum to tell time.

Tonight you taste Beijing Roast Duck for dinner.

Day 3 Beijing (B/L/-) 
Drive 120 km to Simatai section of the Great Wall (about 2 1/2 hours’ drive). Great Wall Simatai Section is the only section that keeps the original features of the Ming Great Wall. Here you are going to have a good hiking enjoying the scenery. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant.
Drive back to Beijing in the afternoon.

Tonight you will enjoy a wonderful Peking Opera performance.

Day 4 Depart Beijing (B/L)
This morning, you pay a visit to the Temple of Heaven. In past it was served as a sacred space for emperors to perform ceremonial rites on behalf of the nation and prayed for good harvest.

After lunch head for the airport and take light back home or to the next destination.
