This morning, our local guide will meet you at your hotel at 8:00 am and transfer to the Longqing Gorge, also known as Longqing Reservoir firstly. (It's a one hour's driving.) The Longqing Gorge, located about 80 kilometers to the north of Beijing, is flanked on both sides by green peaks. You will take a cruise over the reservoir and enjoy the beautiful waterside scenery, and visit Jingang Temple. There are many recreational activities in Longqing Gorge, such as boating, bungee jumping, etc. Please note these activities are not included in the package. Have lunch in a local restaurant. Continue to Guyaju (Ancient Rock Dwelling). With over 1000 years of history, the mythical Guyaju cave dwellings, in the cliffs of Yanqing County, still confuse historians. The Records showed that it was constructed between the Tang and Liao Dynasties by the Xi tribe. The caves have "rooms" of a variety of shapes and styles that comprise doors, windows, kitchen ranges, and closets. After the sightseeing, you will be transferred back to your hotel in downtown Beijing.
