You will enter into all the fun of the culinary secrets in carving the duck and eating the Roast Duck in Beijing Style. The chef will bring the hot roast duck to your dinning table and slice it into more than 100 thin flakes, each having its piece of crispy skin. Try the below way to enjoy the succulent meat: firstly, take one of the pancakes and spread it with plum sauce, small slices of spring onions and some piece of duck. Then, roll up the pancake and take a bite. You will be appreciated by the terrific taste.
Next, you will enjoy Chinese Kung fu at a good seat, for about 1 hour. Now you can appreciate some breath-taking Kungfu performed by professionas. At the end, send you back to your hotel or other designated place.
