Stayed for a total of 5 nights. We traveled with 2 other families (all of us with our kids) and we were able to arrange 3 rooms on one floor. Since we were with our kids, safety and room size were factors.The hotel is in a very safe area of Tsim Sha Tsui. It is about a 5 minute walk to the nearest MTR (subway) "entrance", but it is another 10 to 15 minute walk before you actually get to where the trains are. Our entrance was designated as P2 (and there are entrances from A to P). Nonetheless, there were lots of walkalators and mall entrances (hence shops) along the way. If you have people with difficulties with walking, then I would suggest getting a hotel nearer to where the trains ACTUALLY are. The alternative would be taking taxis of course. If you are just going to nearby Ocean Center or Nathan Road, it will just cost you the initial flag-down rate of HK$18 (good for first 2 km). The rooms were not that big, so if you had more than one child, it would be a little cramp already. My suggestion would be to upgrade to a junior suite and then get extra beds if you have more than one kid. If you have just one kid, the extra bed fits just right.Hotel was obviously not new but the furniture and amenities were not too bad. They were old but not worn out and did not have any musty or old smell. Flat screen TV was new. Bath, shower, lavatory, sink, and faucets all worked. Towels and sheets were always clean. Bed was comfy. And the complimentary coffee and tea got replenished everyday.No free wifi or internet. Rate for use of wifi or internet was HK$6 PER MINUTE or a maximum charge of HK$150 for any 24 hour period. The Hotel is one street away from the waterfront, so if your room in on the "right side", you'll have a view of Hong Kong Harbor. It is also right next to a big open space (sort of a park with no greens), so you'll never really feel boxed in if you step out of the Hotel. It is a pleasant walk around the area with lots of shops.Lot's of places to eat around the area too - from the usual "safe" choices like Delifrance, Starbucks, McDonalds and Subway, to the many chinese food restaurants where you can get good noodle soup and dimsum. Lot's of 7-11s around the area too. Best thing about the Hotel was the service. From the time you check-in to the time you check-out. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. More
