Yangzhou Museum

Yangzhou museum is the only local museum featured by the local history and culture. Originally it was established in 1951 at Shigong Memorial and in 1987, it was moved in to Tianning Temple. Tianning temple in Qing dynasty is the top one of eight temples in Yangzhou with the title of No.1Yangtze River-Huaihe River Temple. Emperors Kangxi and Qianlong of Qing dynasty visited southern China used to live in this temple. Currently there is also the royal port.
