Wenzhou, situated in the southeastern Zhejiang Province on the East China Sea, it was one of the China’s fourteen open coastal cities, one of the eighteen port cities in the country, under the jurisdiction has three municipal districts, Lucheng District, Ouhai District, Longwan District ; two municipal cities, Ruian and Yueqing Cities ; and six counties, Cangnan, Wencheng, Taishun, Yongjia, Dongtou and Pingyang. It covers a land area of 11784 square kilometers and a sea area of 11000 Square kilometers.
