Ka Ding Heavenly Buddha Waterfall

The Ka Ding Holy Mountain Heavenly Buddha Waterfall (卡定神山天佛瀑布) is located in Ka Ding Trough along the Niyang River（尼洋河）, about 24 kilometers to Bayi Town（八一镇） in Nyingchi（林芝）, southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region. 

►Feature:
The waterfall is typical valley in terms of topography, which seems the mountains are very high and contrastingly the trough is so deep, the peaks of stone are oddly shaped and the ancient trees are quite towering. Water is fallen from above approximately 200 meters quickly, directly and powerfully.

 When the falling water amount is relatively small, it is like silvery lavalieres. The scenic area got its name because of a giant, solemn and kindly face of the Heavenly Kwan-yin (the Goddess of Mercy) Buddha, which was formed of rocks by the Mother Nature, is sometime vaguely seen amid the majestic waterfall scenery. The Heavenly Buddha Statue and two Great Guardians here, and the valley of dense forests form a stunning, legendary picture of the ancient Tibetan Buddhism.
